The process begins with lean cuts of pork and traditional European spices that are blended to create a one-of-a-kind flavor. We then double smoke these to give it a rich, dark color that really sets it apart. Lastly, we mix in our blend of jack cheeses to kick it up a notch. This delectable sausage is delicious grilled, boiled or pan fried with just a splash of water.
