  1. Preheat a toaster oven or conventional oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Slice the onion into thin rounds, and wash and dry the oak leaf lettuce. Set aside.

  3. Slice the pretzel bun in half horizontally and place the bottom half of the bun on a plate.

  4. Arrange the lettuce and onion slices on top of the bottom bun, creating a bed for the ham.

  5. Layer the sliced Greenridge Farm Applewood Smoked Ham on top of the lettuce and onion slices.

  6. Place the Greenridge Farm Sharp Cheddar Cheese slices on top of the ham, ensuring that the cheese covers the ham evenly.

  7. Spread the optional Greenridge Farm Sweet & Hot Stone Mustard on the inside of the top half of the pretzel bun.
