Graham Elliot’s Black Forest Ham and Gruyere Melt

Ingredients:

1 lb. Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
4 slices Gruyere Cheese
4 ea. Brioche Rolls (sliced in half)
4 tbsp. Salted Butter (room temp)
4 tbsp. Grainy Mustard
2 tbsp. Honey

InSTRUCTIONs:

Butter outside of each half of the brioche rolls.
Stack Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham on roll and top with gruyere.
Mix mustard and honey and smear on piece of brioche.
Sauté over medium heat until cheese melts, roughly 5 minutes.
