Our company was founded in a desire to produce fresh, authentically delicious food that incorporates the flavors our family was raised enjoying. With roots in Poland and Italy, all Greenridge Farm products use original recipes and spice blends true to their European origins – such as actual spices from Germany in our Black Forest Ham – making our premium meats unlike anything else you’ll find at your local market.
Get Back to Nature
If it doesn’t come from nature, we don’t use it. Our deli meats are free of artificial colors, artificial flavors, nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, MSG, gluten and soy. Our products are made from only the best quality ingredients we can source, are naturally lower in sodium and use only sea salt in all of our recipes.
We Believe in Taking our Time
Our deli meats are made in small batches to ensure each bite is a fresh, flavorful, butcher-quality experience for your taste buds. We don’t take shortcuts. From slowly-marinating and naturally-smoking, to your market, we use European artisanal methods to handcraft each product right here in Chicago.
