- 8 pieces Greenridge Farm Applewood Smoked Bacon
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- whipped cream for topping
- caramel sauce for drizzling
- Cook Greenridge Farm Bacon until golden brown and crispy.
- Add ice cream, half & half and vanilla in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drizzle Carmel into a cup. Add the ice cream mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and two slices of bacon.
