Black Forest Ham and Gruyere Melt
There is huge flavor packed into this sandwich! The whole family will for sure be asking for more!
Makes: 4 Servings
1 lb. Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham (thinly sliced)
4 slices Gruyere Cheese
4 ea. Brioche Rolls (sliced in half)
4 tbsp. Salted Butter (room temp)
4 tbsp. Grainy Mustard
2 tbsp. Honey
- Butter outside of each half of the brioche rolls.
- Stack Greenridge Farm Black Forest Ham on roll and top with gruyere.
- Mix mustard and honey and smear on piece of brioche.
- Sauté over medium heat until cheese melts, roughly 5 minutes.
