Chicken Zucchini Noodles
Swap out pasta noodles for zucchini noodles! This dish is a healthy yummy alternative from regular pastas!
- 4 links Greenridge Farm Black Forest Chicken Sausage, sliced
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp almond flour
- 2 large zucchinis, sliced with a julienne peeler
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a large skillet over medium heat add the coconut oil, almond flour, garlic, olive oil and red pepper flakes.
- Add the zucchini and saute until tender.
- Toss in the Black Forest Chicken Sausages and cook until the sausages are heated through.
- Garnish with parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.
