Chicken Zucchini Noodles

Swap out pasta noodles for zucchini noodles! This dish is a healthy yummy alternative from regular pastas!

  • 4 links Greenridge Farm Black Forest Chicken Sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 large zucchinis, sliced with a julienne peeler
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat add the coconut oil, almond flour, garlic, olive oil and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the zucchini and saute until tender.
  3. Toss in the Black Forest Chicken Sausages and cook until the sausages are heated through.
  4. Garnish with parsley and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
