Create something different with your bratwursts instead of just throwing them on the grill! Add this recipe to your dinner plan for the week, it won’t disappoint!
- Greenridge Farm German Bratwursts (4 links used)
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 4 Brioche hotdog buns
- Yellow Mustard to finish
- In a large pan, fry the red peppers, onions and pickled sport bell peppers until onions are golden brown and translucent in color. Remove from pan.
- Add the Greenridge Farm Precooked German Bratwursts in the pan and heat until they are golden in color and are warmed through.
- Place the warmed German Bratwursts in the Brioche buns and top with red peppers, onions and pickled sport bell peppers.
- Spread yellow mustard over the German Bratwurst as desired.
