Throw some guacamole on your Greenridge Farm hot dog for an awesome tasting dinner!! You can never go wrong with a Greenridge Farm Hot Dog and some guacamole to top it off!
- 4 Greenridge Farm Bavarian Jumbo Franks
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Serrano Chile, minced
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- A dash of freshly grated black pepper
- 1/4 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 4 hot dog buns
- Cut the Avocado, remove seed and skin. Place in a large bowl and smash with a fork.
- Add salt, lemon juice, Serrano Chile, cilantro, black pepper and tomato to the large bowl and mix.
- Place one hot dog in a bun, top with avocado mixture and chopped onions.
- Repeat step 3 for remaining hot dogs.
