You’ll be popping our Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage Mini Corn Dogs into your mouth until they’re all gone! These tasty snacks are easy to make and the family will love them!

Pairing: Greenridge Farm Champagne Honey Mustard
Ingredients:
- 1 package Greenridge Farm Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages (6 links used)
- 1 box cornbread mix of choice & ingredients to prepare
- Baking grease or non-stick spray
- Mini muffin pan (24 cup)
InSTRUCTIONs:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Slice 6 links of Greenridge Farm Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages into 1″ thick pieces
- Prepare cornbread per instructions on the box
- Grease mini muffin pan well
- Carefully scoop cornbread mixture into muffin slots
- Gently place sausage slices on top of cornbread mixture
- Bake for 10 min, or until golden brown
