  1. Prepare rice per instructions on the box.

  2. Slice 6 links of the Greenridge Naturals Kale and Asiago Chicken Sausages into 1/2″ think pieces.

  3. Warm 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil in skillet.

  4. Sauté mushrooms and sausage, 10 min. over medium heat.

  5. Add kale to skillet and sauté for an additional 2 min.

  6. Remove from heat, combine with 3 cups of cooked rice.

  7. Salt and Pepper to taste.

  8. Enjoy!
