Kale & Asiago Chicken Sausage Rice Bowls

Served as a side or a main dish the Kale & Asiago Chicken Sausage Rice Bowl is a healthy meal that everyone at home will enjoy!

Yield: 6 servings



  1. Prepare rice per instructions on the box.
  2. Slice 6 links of the Greenridge Farm Kale & Asiago Chicken Sausages into 1/2″ think pieces.
  3. Warm 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil in skillet.
  4. Saute mushrooms and sausage, 10 min. over medium heat.
  5. Add kale to skillet and saute for an additional 2 min.
  6. Remove from heat, combine with 3 cups of cooked rice.
  7. Salt & Pepper to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
