  1. Spread butter on sourdough bread and place in a toaster until golden brown.
  2. Lay slices of Greenridge Farm Swiss Cheese on one slice of sourdough.
  3. Place a slice of Greenridge Farm Caminito Ham on top of the cheese.
  4. Add the fried egg on to of the ham.
  5. Place the second slice of sourdough on top and enjoy!
