Ingredients:
- 5 Greenridge Farm Honey Chipotle, sliced
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 broccoli, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup sprouts
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
For Dressing:
- ½ cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1-2 tbsp. lime juice
- ½ tsp. crushed ginger
- ½ tsp. crushed garlic
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
InSTRUCTIONs:
- In a skillet heat sausages until warmed through and golden brown.
- Combine all the dry ingredients into a large bowl, stir until even consistency.
- In a small bowl add all the dressing ingredients together, stir.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad, mix until evenly combined.
