Paleo Sausage Salad

Wanting to cut back on calories? Make our Paleo Sausage Salad that packs a punch of flavors and is part of the paleo diet plan!

Yield: 4

Ingredients:

  • 5 Greenridge Farm Honey Chipotle, sliced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2  broccoli, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

For Dressing:

  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1-2 tbsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. crushed ginger
  • ½ tsp. crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds

InSTRUCTIONs:

  1. In a skillet heat sausages until warmed through and golden brown.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients into a large bowl, stir until even consistency.
  3. In a small bowl add all the dressing ingredients together, stir.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, mix until evenly combined.
  5. Enjoy!
