Polish Sausage Kebabs
When it’s grilling season it’s kebab season. Enjoy our Greenridge Farm Polish Sausage Kebabs with the whole family. Summer means a lot of colorful veggies that are the perfect combination with our sausages!
Yield: 7 skewers
Pairing: Chipotle Mustard
- 1 package Greenridge Farm Polish Sausages
- Greenridge Farm Chipotle Mustard, for dipping
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1/2 red onion
- 7 wooden skewers
- Follow instructions for soaking skewers.
- Cut the peppers and onion into thick chunks.
- Cut the Greenridge Farm Polish Sausage into 2 in. thick pieces.
- Push the skewers through the center of the sausages and veggies, alternating with each one.
- Grill on high heat until the sausage is warmed through, about 10-15 mins, rotating occasionally.
