



A classic Creole dish that will have your family begging for seconds! Combining our Greenridge Farm Andouille Sausage with delicious Cajun spices creates a dish that you won’t be able to resist!

Ingredients:
- 4 Greenridge Farm Andouille Sausage, sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups Spanish rice
- 2 cup water
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning

Hot pepper sauce for taste
For the Cajun Seasoning:
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
InSTRUCTIONs:
For the Cajun Seasoning:
Combine all spices in small bowl, mixing well.
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
For the Jambalaya:
- Melt butter in a large skillet and add rice, cook 4-5 min or until rice is lightly brown, stir constantly.
- Add water and cajun seasoning to the rice, constantly stirring again.
- Add Greenridge Farm Andouille Sausage and the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer and cover the pot for 15 min.
- Remove from heat, stir.
