Overflowing with veggies and Greenridge Farm Tacchino Turkey, this pita is surely a sandwich to remember!
- 3 slices Greenridge Farm Tacchino Turkey
- 1 1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 inch whole wheat pita
- salt and pepper for taste
- In a medium bowl add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard.
- Toss the arugula into the medium bowl and add salt and pepper for taste.
- Stuff the turkey with the salad mixture and turkey slices.
