- 4 Greenridge Farm Black Forest Chicken Sausages, sliced
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 7 cups brussel sprouts, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
- salt and pepper for taste
- In a mixing bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add the brussel sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
- Combine the sausages, pomegranates and almonds into the bowl and stir.
- Sprinkle the desired amount of parmesan on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
