Winter Black Forest Chicken Salad

Enjoy this salad for dinner or as side with seasonal fruits and veggies! Packed with all the best flavors it is a dish you won’t forget!

  • 4 Greenridge Farm Black Forest Chicken Sausages, sliced
  • 5 Tbsp olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 7 cups brussel sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, shredded
  • salt and pepper for taste


  1. In a mixing bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the brussel sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Combine the sausages, pomegranates and almonds into the bowl and stir.
  4. Sprinkle the desired amount of parmesan on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
